Three reels and fourteen line classes. With new thinking and function as the motto we present a comprehensive series of flyreels: Evotec HD, LW and FW. The names are certainly familiar from years past, but now a single reel can accommodate many line classes and different spool depths. You quickly fit the reel to the fish you are after through a simple change involving three parts: frame, spool and lock.
The braking system is developed in Sweden and guarantees problem-free, precision function. Both the HD and LW models have a larger brake package that easily handles big fish. The FW brake system is smaller and designed to accommodate thin tippets. We hardly need to mention that the reels are machined from lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminium allowing for incredible strength with our trademark modern, good-looks!
Evotec FW-frame delivered with choice of 3/5, 4/6 or 5/7-spool.
Evotec LW- frame delivered with choice of 6/8 or 7/9-spool.
Evotec HD- frame delivered with choice of 8/10 or 9/13-spool.
All spools can be purchased separately.
