An injection molded fishing line cutting tool, ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in all hands. An embedded magnet provides a temporary holding area for flies during tippet/fly replacement. Supplied with either a Threader Tool or Hook Sharpener nested conveniently in the body of the Nipper.
